Dear readers, I am Kico Aizaki.
In this day and age, SNS (social networking services) have changed society from the old style to a new one. With the disclosure of truths like the Epstein documents, secrets known only to a few have been exposed to many people in a moment via SNS.
I will also try to open the gate of truth about the dark side of clinical trials.
March 26th, 2022, I filed a whistleblowing report regarding a massive violation of GCP (clinical trial regulations) in a clinical trial as a public interest report to the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, together with two principal doctors.
I exchanged emails any times with a representative of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare until June 23rd, 2022.
As a result, the representative of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare responded to us saying: “We are going to leave the decision about this massive GCP violation to the evaluation committee of the PMDA when the pharmaceutical company applies for approval of the drug.
Since current timing may result in a heads-up, we should investigate the data integrity audit under GCP regulations. And we think it is best if the PMDA takes countermeasures as needed.”
Finally, I sent an email attached with many documents to the person at the Ministry of Health and Labour. The time the email was completely sent was the same time that former Prime Minister Abe was killed by a gun. I was very surprised.
April 23rd, 2023. In addition, I reported to the police the crime of documents being stolen from the hospital by a monitor. Regarding this matter, the monitor apologized while crying, “I never did it on purpose.” But the stolen documents were “notes to file,” which were inconvenient papers for the monitor. The principal doctor became enraged and no longer allowed the monitors to enter.
The policemen asked me the name of the pharmaceutical company and ordered me to come to the police department immediately, so I went to the police department.
There were three detectives, including two public security detectives. They had knowledge of clinical trials, but they asked me many questions about this situation. And then I told the detectives, “I have several recordings related to the massive GCP violation (clinical trial regulations) in clinical trials.”
